This website https://peresada-ads.com is operated by the private entrepreneur Peresada Yurii Mykhailovych, tax number 3298120314, a natural person registered and acting in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine (hereinafter - the "Company").

The Company treats the confidential (personal) information of every person who visits the Site, as well as of those who use the services provided by the Site, with great respect; therefore the Company seeks to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information or a set of information about a natural person who is identified or can be specifically identified), thereby creating and ensuring the most comfortable conditions for using the services of the Site for every user.

This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter - the "Policy") sets out the procedure by which the Company processes personal data, the types of personal data collected, the purposes for which such personal data are used, the Company’s interaction with third parties, the security measures for protecting personal data, the conditions of access to personal data, as well as the contact information for the user regarding obtaining access to, amending, blocking or deleting their personal data and raising any questions that may arise for you regarding personal data protection practices.

Collection and use of personal data

The owner and controller of the personal data of the Site’s users is the private entrepreneur Peresada Yurii Mykhailovych (peresada-ads.com).

When a user uses the services of the Site, the Company processes the user’s data, namely: - the data provided by the user both when filling in registration forms and in the course of using the services; - cookie files; - IP addresses; - internet browser parameters and settings (User-agent).

The Company collects only those personal data (for example, your first and last name, email address, contact phone number, date of birth, gender and so on) that you have knowingly and voluntarily provided as a personal data subject for the purpose of using the services of the Site, which, in accordance with the requirements of the law, constitutes the consent of the personal data subject to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the purpose of processing formulated in this Policy.

All logins to the system are recorded when the Site is visited. Other information about the user’s traffic is not processed and not stored.

Please note: the Company limits itself to collecting the minimum amount of information required solely to fulfil the request of the personal data subject. In any case where information that is optional to provide is requested, the user will be notified at the moment such information is collected.

The Company does not collect any information whose processing is subject to specific legal requirements, such as information about racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or ideological beliefs, membership of political parties and trade unions, a criminal conviction for committing a crime or a sentence to criminal punishment, as well as data concerning health, sexual life, biometric or genetic data (in accordance with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data").

The Company collects data on Site visit statistics. This information may include data about the connection, traffic, the user’s browser, as well as the date, time and duration of the internet session and of the time spent on the Site.

Processing of personal data

The processing and storage of the personal data provided takes place in the data centres that host the equipment supporting the operation of the Site’s services. The personal data provided are processed and may be stored in the personal data Database or in a separate table of the Site’s Database.

Purposes of using personal data

Your personal data are used for the purpose of providing the internet services of the Site, exchanging information and news, and for relations in the field of advertising and communication, in accordance with and in fulfilment of the laws of Ukraine, including but not limited to: "On the Protection of Personal Data", "On the Ratification of the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data and the Additional Protocol to the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data regarding supervisory authorities and transborder data flows", "On Information", "On Advertising", "On Telecommunications", "On the Protection of Information in Information and Telecommunication Systems", and also in accordance with the Site Terms of Use and other acts governing the Company’s activities.

Retention period of personal data

Personal data are stored for no longer than is necessary for the purpose of their processing.

Use of cookie files

A cookie is a text file or files containing a small amount of information that are sent to a web browser and stored on the user’s device. Such devices include a computer, a mobile phone or another device by means of which the user visits the Site.

Cookie files can be permanent (they are called persistent cookies) and stored on the computer until the user deletes them, or temporary (such cookies are called session cookies), that is, stored only until the browser is closed. In addition, cookies are divided into first-party cookies (set directly by the Site being visited) and third-party cookies (set by other websites).

The Company needs to use these services for the prompt analysis of visits to the Site, for the internal and external assessment of Site traffic, viewing depth and user activity. The Company does not store or process the data received from these services.

Accordingly, if for any reason the user does not want these services to gain access to their personal data, the user may, at their own discretion, log out of their account or profile and clear the cookie files (through their browser).

Safety of minors

The Site is not intended for underage users. The Company takes security matters very seriously, especially with regard to persons who have not reached the age of majority; for this reason the Company, for its part, calls on parents to explain to their children the issues of safety on the Internet, their specific purpose and their need to use particular services of the Site.

Interaction of the Company with third parties regarding personal data

The Company does not transfer personal data to third parties, except where such transfer is a requirement of the law, at the request of the personal data subject, or in other cases set out in this Policy. The Company understands that personal information is a value and an inseparable part of, among other things, the personal non-property rights of any natural person, and therefore takes all possible measures to protect the personal information of users voluntarily and knowingly transferred by them to the Company.

The Site may contain links to other websites (for information purposes only). When you follow a link to other websites, this Policy will not apply to those sites. For this reason the Company recommends reviewing the privacy and personal data policy of every website before transferring any personal data by which you can be identified.

Confidentiality of the personal data subject’s activity on the Site

Information about the activity (traffic) on the Site of users passing through the network, or the user’s email, is protected in accordance with the law. That is, the Company does not in any way or by any means violate the secrecy of the user’s "activity" when the latter uses the services of the Site.

Protection of personal data

The Company uses generally accepted standards of technological and operational protection of information and personal data against loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. However, despite all its efforts, the Company cannot guarantee absolute protection against any threats arising beyond the Company’s control.

The Company ensures the application of all relevant confidentiality obligations, as well as technical and organisational security measures, to prevent unauthorised or unlawful disclosure or processing of such information and data, or their accidental loss, destruction or damage.

The Company grants access to information and personal data only to authorised employees who have agreed to maintain the confidentiality of such information and data in accordance with the Company’s requirements.

The dissemination of personal data without the consent of the personal data subject or a person authorised by them is permitted in the cases determined by law, and only (where necessary) in the interests of national security, economic well-being and human rights.

Conditions of access to personal data

The procedure for third-party access to personal data is determined by the terms of the user’s consent given to the personal data owner for the processing of these data, or in accordance with the requirements of the law.

The user has the right to receive any information about themselves from any subject of relations connected with personal data, provided that they state their surname, first name and patronymic, place of residence (place of stay) and the details of the document identifying the natural person submitting the request, except in the cases established by law.

The user’s access to data about themselves is provided free of charge.

Postponement of the user’s access to their own personal data is not allowed.

Postponement of third-party access to personal data is allowed if the required data cannot be provided within thirty calendar days from the day the request was received. In this case the total period for resolving the issues raised in the request may not exceed forty-five calendar days.

Notice of the postponement is communicated to the third party that submitted the request in writing, with an explanation of the procedure for appealing such a decision.

A decision to postpone or to refuse access to personal data may be appealed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to a court.

Rights of the personal data subject

The Company informs you of your rights as a personal data subject, which are governed by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data", namely:

to know about the sources of collection and the location of their personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or controller of the personal data, or to give a corresponding instruction to persons authorised by them to obtain this information, except in the cases established by law;

to receive information about the conditions of granting access to personal data, in particular information about the third parties to whom their personal data are transferred;

to have access to their personal data;

to receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the day the request was received, except in the cases provided for by law, an answer as to whether their personal data are being processed, and also to receive the content of such personal data;

to submit a reasoned demand to the owner of the personal data objecting to the processing of their personal data;

to submit a reasoned demand for the alteration or destruction of their personal data by any owner or controller of personal data, if these data are processed unlawfully or are inaccurate;

to the protection of their personal data against unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage caused by deliberate concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision of the data, as well as to protection against the provision of information that is inaccurate or that discredits the honour, dignity and business reputation of a natural person;

to file complaints about the processing of their personal data with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or with a court;

to use legal remedies in the event of a breach of the legislation on personal data protection;

to make reservations regarding the limitation of the right to process their personal data when giving consent;

to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;

to know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;

to protection against an automated decision that has legal consequences for them.

Changes to the Policy

Changes and additions may be made to this Policy periodically and without prior notice to the user, including when the requirements of the law change.

In the event of significant changes to this Policy, the Company will place a notice on the Site and state the date on which these changes take effect. If within the stated period you do not refuse to accept them in writing, this will mean that you agree with the corresponding changes to the Policy.
